I would be watching the game for about 80 minutes, the score is 0-0, I go to the bathroom for about 2 minutes and bam the score is 1-0, 1-1 or something like that, when I return. Is it just me or what?

That's because there is a Murphy's Law, that says:
If something is going to happen it will happen when it's the worst time. If it isn't the worst time then it will happen when you are not present and it you are present it will not happen..
