I was wondering what book do you think that should read from the LIST below? Which one is most CLEAR (not confusing, easy to understand) and at the same time INTRIGUIGING?

the two books are:
-Black like Me by JOhn Griffen
-the Color of Water by James McBride

Black Like Me by John Griffen is the easiest, without knowing how old you are.

I read it in 8th grade.
So, it was pretty easy to get through and easily understandable by an Eighth Grader.

And I agree with the other member.
Please read both of them.
Both are very different, not confusing at all, interesting, and VERY important information is given.

Sorry, I haven't read either of these books. But judging by the names "Black Like Me" seems the easiest and "The Color of Water" seems the most intriguing. Please keep in mind this is a guess based on titles alone... happy reading!

Black Like Me. I read it in high school 40 years ago and I still feel the benefits of having read it.

'Color of Water' is the best one, 'Black Like Me' is the easiest (but still a very good one).
