My mother is currently in a skilled nursing facility, and doesn't have many entertainment options. What might help is a radio/CD player that can clamp onto one of the rails of her hospital bed. It needs to have a relatively slim profile (so it doesn't stick out and get knocked off when her sheets are changed), and easy enough to use for someone with only one good arm. I've looked around for quite some time, but so far cannot find what I'm looking for.

Any help appreciated. :-)

u could try a panasonic or sony discman with radio , but then she would have to listen thru earphones,, the other option would be panasonic cd, tape and radio player , but it would be the size of a small boombox.
