It should be about something you are interested in.
Something you are good at doing; do you like to bake? make jewelry? design clothes?
Are you good at math or science? Maybe you can make a question and answer site to help students.
Whatever you decide, make sure that you stick to one topic. There is nothing that will make me hit the "back" key faster than going to a confusing website.

Write down a list of your 10 favourite things. Look at the list and then pick your three favourite things from that. Now make your website about the three topics you like the best. Have fun!
