Not soon enough.
Since there is no Super-power race for space dominance, it comes down to "will it make a profit". So, when some industry or company decides they can make a few million bucks, it'll happen. Until then, don't go looking for tickets for the moon shuttle.

Tight budgets and the sheer technical challenge means that China will likely not
put a man onthe moon for at least another 15 years, a senior Chinese space
official said on Sunday.
The country will also have to postpone its next manned space trip from 2007 to
the second half of 2008 to give more time to test new equipment, said Huang
Chunping, lead engineer behind therocket that sent China's first man into space
in 2003.

This will be around about 2018 and will consist of 2 launch vehicles, a cargo lift and the crew launch. The cargo lift containing the lunar lander will launch first followed be the crew launch which will rendezvous with the lunar lander in Earth orbit before performing Trans-Lunar Injection. A crew of four astronauts are to be on the new lunar missions and all four will be on the lunar surface.
The name NASA has given to these missions is :

There are no future human moon landing set by NASA as of now. However, I don't know about the plans of other countries.

nasa isn't very interested in putting a man on the moon because we can just take samples of it from rovers and satellites so if they are it wont be for a while
