What has it got to do with English football?!
Anyway to answer your question. You can do 4 things:
1. Assure her that she's important to you. You got to TELL her that. Communication is the key my friend. How would she know that you love her unless you tell her?
2. Give her your ATTENTION. Listen to her with an undivided ear. Notice many a times she says," I thought I just told you that? Why didn't you listen?" This makes her wonder if you are really interested in hearing what she have to say.
3. Shower her with your AFFECTION. In whatever ways you know how. Flowers, gifts, TIME to spend together, showing interest in her life...
4. Show her APPROVAL on the things that she does right. Everyone needs affirmation and encouragement. Praising her will let her know that she's being appreciated and that you are there to share her joy.
There there, she'll feel like the most VVVIP in your life.

Spend time with her over your friends (not all the time, but sometimes), tell her things you don't trust many people with, go out of your way to do something cute for her (send her flowers for no reason, plan a special night for the two of you, buy her something that reminds you of her, etc.)
Even beyond that, just do little things that will make her understand how much she means to you.

First... it's not at all in what you say... it's in what you do!
- look at her in a way that she can see how you feel about her.
- value her opinion
- be attentive
- be a gentleman... Open doors, buy her dinner, kill the bugs
- do intimate things...
- touch her gently when you talk to her... on the sholder or knee
- share some food from your fork...
- jump up to get HER a drink...
- anticipate her needs/wants... fulfill them if you can.
NEVER stray
NEVER be mean
NEVER take her for granted...
If you do all this... she will likely be yours.
