AVG isn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend going the free route for anti-virus, however. As far as anti-spyware is concerned, I recommend Spybot: Search & Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/ and / or Lavasoft's Ad-Aware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ . Both are popular choices and as a result update often. Spybot runs on donations only while Ad-Aware has a free and paid version. Both are quite effective and identify threats that the others do not. They do not conflict with each other and are both free, so why not get both?

distinctive the loose stuff is okay in case you're not any more doing distinctive internet surfing. although the McAfee and Nortons replace all virus and trojan horse definitions daily and distinct the loose stuff would not. there replaced right into a question on right here only an afternoon or so in the past by ability of someone who had all varieties of viruses and he or she replaced into operating AVG i imagine it replaced into. a very good spyware detector/deletor, I use it.
For antivirus, most places will make you pay, and the ones that don't won't let you delete them very well, so it's best to go out and buy Norton Antivirus..or pirate it, whatever.
