You can go to any book store & buy books on how to do charts. My mom use to do them for all of us kids, and friends, with her books. She taught herself, just by reading them. You could even find out if your lover, is the cheating type by going to the horoscope page of Yahoo. On that sight they have everything! I think yes, you can tell. Maybe, even go as far as have him get a Tarrot-card, reading. Or, maybe you can have a reading done without his knowledge, or without telling the Terrot-card dealer, your question. While I must say that astrological signs do have some sort of indication of a person's character, they are not a good way to judge a person's actions. if your relationship is right, and you both love each other, there should be no reason to cheat, no matter what his sign is.

People born under some signs are more likely to cheat.
Gemini boys/men simply can't help but have to cheat, because they're restless minded and have to get attentions from women, it makes them feel good and they simply need to have women surrounding them.
Scorpio men are hot and charming and girls can't help but flock to them. It's maybe the most dangerous sign for a lover, my boyfriend is Scorpio and i always have to worry because he's simply to sexy for other women to keep their f***ing hands off.
