Take the name and enter it at www.zabasearch.com This should provide you with a history of all addresses and phone numbers used by the person. Good luck!

Go to the Registrar of Deeds in the county in which the house is located. Maybe they are located in the County Courthouse...I'm not certain, but I do wish you much luck! I've heard that is one of the cheapest ways to buy a house.
