see if there is a singles group in your area. Where I live they have singles groups and they go out to different events and do fun activities, it's a great way to meet people

in the place u feel fun at, or secure, so u can express your self, a bit more naturaly,OR church /cemetary is good if u usualy silent one, so u have an excuse not to answer,
dingdong place, or another noisy place is a full of excuse place too, (just find the place to compensate your lack of ability)
to find a women, go to ussual place u go, the one u meet there surely have something in common with u,
