where do you go or what do you do to make your graphics be animated?? i mean if you make something, how do you animate it?? and where? like make the pictures more, or put moving glitter on it??

if you go to a paint program, and draw something, how do you animate it??

you cant just use paint. You need paintshop or something. You have to make a series of the pictures and use the animation program and put them in order and it makes it a .gif file and it animates
