My one and only wish is that my final wish comes true: read on:

The Vale of Clara.

Cast my dust to the four winds, beside a Wicklow Hill,
In a lonely vale, beside a stream where all around is still.
Where the silence is only broken, by some wild bird’s call,
Where small brown trout, play freely about, above the waterfall.

Beyond the bridge, a chapel stands, as white as snow can be,
There, light some penny candles, for past friends and for me.
Then say a prayer that I may rest, where peace will me enfold,
And ask my God, if he sees fit, to have mercy on my soul.

And in the distant future, my one and only wish,
Is that a great, great grandchild, shall wander there to fish.
And if by chance, a trout is caught, just gently set it free,
Then this sweet vale, will Heaven be, forever more to me.

Perfect everything has a drawback. Wisdom: You know too much, Money and Power both corrupt. Fame means no privacy, living in a bubble can't pick the undies out your butt kind of bubble, Serenity, you don't have the highs of passion, Peace is undramatic and can get boring to some, you never experience the sorrow to appreciate the peace. Happiness is not appropriate for some instances in life. I'd knock some one out who was happy at a child's funeral. To pray for everlasting life means famine for all. There is no perfect answer.

I wish we would find another planet with the exact same atmosphere as Earth that doesn't have people. We could easily start colonizing it and take better care of it than we have Earth. We could do it right, not make the same mistakes, get a second chance, take care of it. We could have contests or lotteries to choose who goes and they would have to agree to not discriminate against anyone else who goes. They would have to cooperate in order to survive. They would have to be willing to care for the land and not pollute. Earth could provide them with necessities to get them started, then they would be on their own. Left to make a better world. Maybe we would have a set number of people to send there each year for a while in order to control population expansion on Earth.

Earth is becoming overpopulated, we have polluted our land and waters. Man is overly dependent on technology. We need to take care of Earth. By colonizing another planet, decreasing population we could begin to allow Earth to heal itself from the damage man has done, making Earth AND the new planet wonderful places.

Simple, wish for happiness. If you wish for happiness you will get everything that makes you happy, from money and material objects to very close and dear family and friends. Besides, isn't all wish making, a secret desire to be happy, regardless of what objects, people, and etc. make you happy?
