You have to buy the music before you download it. If you haven't selected a credit card to use at the store, go to the Music Store and in the right hand corner, click on your account name, then type in your credit card number.
It you've already bought it, you might have it in shopping cart mode. Try switching it to 1-Click purchasing if you do (you can check under preferences).
If that still doesn't help, go here: http://www.apple.com/support/
If you want to cheat and get everything for free, though, try Limewire. It's great! Go to http://www.limewire.com/ and download it.

What do you mean? You need to have a credit card or an Itunes gift card and you download everything through the music store.

first you have to get an iTunes card with money on it then you go to accounts and click iTunes music cards and write in the number. then u find a song and then click the thing that says buy song.
