after you beat beast's castle the first time

After u finish the Boss Battle: Shadow Stalker / Dark Thorn at the Beast's Castle 4 the first time , u will get it.And at Hollow Bastion
,after u finish the Boss-Battle: Demyx , u will upgrade it .
