Example: Neon greens,oranges,yellows hot pinks etc.
Mainly in eyeshadows and eyeliners, but all is acknowledged.
Besides hot topic, and I prefer a non online place.

Hmm... not to much help going on. =/ Uhm checked a Max site didn't see too much I did see a bright green, but that was all.
Got spencers I just don't favour malls all too much. Especially crowds of people.
Uhm, and I've been to Sallys a dozen times, and never see much makeup, but maybe I just wasnt paying much attention... so uhm what brand would I be looking for? I'll obviously probably see neons, but just in case I need to ask the clerk. Thanks.

Lol...thats kind of funny. I hope you're not going crazy with the makeup. Max Factor has a line of makeup called MAX that's in a lot of drug stores. They've got some neon colors.

sally's beauty my first choice would be hottopic cause they have some awesome neon makeup but you said besides hottopic so yea i'd try sally's beauty
