no offence intended, it is only a question. Just looking for quality answers. If God exists only as a concept in the mind of man, what does that say about our spieces as a whole for putting it there?

Maybe it could mean that we have always thought that there was something bigger in control. Most all people believe in luck and fate... which used to be deities.

IF God (or Willie) exists only in the human mind, then it probably means that we, as a species, instinctively feel the need for a spiritual component in our lives.
