That depends. If your on a well that has an electric pump than yes you can use the bathroom but no you cannot flush. If you have a septic tank or city sewer you can use the bathroom and yes you can flush it.

Are you serious? You can't be serious. Yes you can still use the toilet. The toilet just runs off water. Does water have anything to do with electricity? No.

Yes. The electric company doesn't control your water, which is needed for your, lol, toilet. The phone will work too.

Electricity is irrelevant to bodily functions in my case .

Power out = no electricity
No Water = no flush
toilets do not plug in to wall outlet.

Actually during the blackout in the Northeast a few years ago toilets were not working....you could use it, but you couldn't flush.

yess there shouldnt be electric unless you have a special toilet, even then you can still use it, just the special features wont work, but it will flush
