I keep having trim pieces fall off in my car. The trim around the sunroof button keeps falling off, as well as cover on the back of my tail lights inside the trunk. The flap at the opening of the gas tank has disappeared, and the fabric on the driver's seat has disconnected. They say the fabric juct needs to be clipped back on as there is a metal hook on the end. This is really annoying that this is all happening to me, and very inconvenient to have repaired since they will not give me a loaner car until after my car has been in the shop for over 24 hours!

And people say foreign made cars are better. The Chevy Cobalt is not made in the U.S. Tell the dealer you want the name and phone number of the "zone representative". They are the bosses over the dealer. If you do not get satisfaction from the zone rep., then call GM itself. Your owners manual is supposed to have a toll free number to call if you are unhappy about your vehicle. You might try that number also. Keep track of how often things are going wrong and how often you are having to take in to the shop for repairs. If possible, even write down the dates of when it is in. That will help more than just saying: "I have had this in 10 times to be replaced". If you can also give them the dates along with how many times it has been in, that gives you more leverage on your complaint. Good luck.
