How young are you talking about? That is why WWE has the OVW wrestling training facility to bring up new up coming stars.

You have a great Idea, infact it is the only thing to save the WWE and the other answerers are correct, they have development federations already. The problem is WWE is too big and fat and has to make lots of money and you only do that with NAMES which has little to do with talent or even popularity. Also, WWE has always had a problem with normal looking wrestlers so these development areas tend to weed out the type of young normal sized flashy wrestlers who try to make it up the ladder so when a new someone comes up to WWE from their development areas he looks just like everyone already there.

Try to find some independent federations, Indy’s their called, I think you’ll find what you want and you’ll be impressed at the wrestling going on, pretty exciting stuff.

That would get a lot of people killed and/or hurt. Not a good idea.

"Kids" can't even get training. The youngest I've heard of anyone actually getting real training and wrestling professionally is 15, and that's Kenny Doane of the Spirit Squad. He's only 19 and a 5 year veteran of the sport. Now THAT'S amazing!

Go to high school and learn to wrestle. Then go to college and learn to wrestle more. Then, it you have a certain look, charisma, or are at least 6' 6", then go to a wrestling school and learn to wrestle the fake professional way. Take lots of acting lessons because if you can't act, you can't be a professional wrestler unless you are 7 foot tall.
