Women are much more beautiful without make up on. Make up is a cover up for women who aren't happy with themselves. Make up is deceiving to men because at some point the make up has to come off and the real face has to be seen. Please women, stop hiding behind the mask! Men will appreciate it.

I definitely like women better with their makeup on. Most women look horrible without makeup on. Very plain and ugly. Yes I'm a shallow pig of a guy, but it's true.

Everyone is going around and around in circles here. This is my opinion. The inside is what matters. If A guy i'm dating doesn't want to go out with me or doesn't like me simply because i have make-up on than he's not worth my time. Guys should be looking at the inside. If a little make-up bothers a guy that much, than something is wrong. Now...i have to admit that i do not like it when girls cake their faces with make-up... but it think thats what guys don't like. I think most guys don't mind a little bit of make-up. Face it, most women wear at least a little bit of make-up cus most of us have things to hide like zits and blemishes.

I cannot speak for all men but as for myself, makeup is one of those things that women buy and wear to feel pretty and sometimes cover up skin imperfections. I feel that women can be equally sexy if not more sexy without make up than with it. I feel this way because it seems like the popular belief is that make up makes you sexy or pretty when sometimes it can cover up your best attributes.

Some men like women in makeup. Some men don't.

I personally like to see a nicely made-up woman, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like her without makeup too.

Make up as used in western society is just that, a very western thing. It has been used very differently in other cultures. For me it is more about a woman's (or man's) spirit. Like many it is difficult for me to ingore what I have been culturally trained to be drawn to in terms of superficial beauty, but that does not last unless there is something within that is truly beautiful. A woman who believes in her beauty and has a zest for life and enjoys intimacy beats all other considerations.

No.. not true... I prefer a woman with no or very little make up.. that way, you can actually see her natural beauty rather than a fake look... there's nothing worse than waking up beside somebody who's taken their face off and they look like the south end of north bound dog!

No, forget the make up.. stick with the natural look.. it's more honest and usually much more attractive!

Might as well let the man know what hes getting into u ....Makeup means having to care about another thing...smudging, oooo how bout if ur bf touches ur face and ur makeup gets on his fingers..ewww or if u sweat it smears ewww....too much too handle unless u like that kinda stuff..
I wish not to wear makeup but i do sumtimes becasue my face is not clear but that doesnt matter becuase Im single and fine with it for now.

Speaking as a 47yo man...

Makeup should be used to enhance a lady's appearance, not disguise it. If used to disguise then the man gets a rather rude surprise when the goo comes off. It's a kind of lie and no one likes being lied to.

I'd say it's true that "most" men would prefer women with make-up because they're shallow, and make-up makes outward appearances look better.
