i am native or aborignal and very proud to be. But growing up was not happy with it because people look down on aborignals i come from a family who is very educated my sister is a lawer and the other is a nurse, and i a accountant/ hairstylist.

I am proud of my heritage and you should be too. Trust me, every nationality is looked down on by another. Be proud of who you are and where your family came from. And if no-one else likes it, chances are they are ignorant of the pride that you have in your genetics. Be educated about your back-ground, and happily share the knowledge with anyone who doesn't understand.

I live in Europe, but I was proud to be American until my so-called "elected" president lied to the American people and took the country to war on false pretense. Now, I don't volunteer the information that I am American.
People are afraid of America now. They figure Americans are not the good guys anymore.

well im part german aprt english and part swiss, so i always say my swiss neutralizws my german subornes and my english arrogance. im curious though what is aborignal? sounds like you and your family have accomoplished a great deal be proud of yourself.

I was born in Scotland, but left when I was 2,so don,t have the ascent, but people say wow Scotland ,neat.
