Well, where do you live? Are you out? Kind of hard to help when there are so few details.
Do you live in a large town, or small town? Some places have gay and lesbian outreach programs in their schools. Does your school or a neighboring school have something like that?
Can you get involved in some kind of volunteer program? Maybe if we had some more details....

i hope you are looking for a guy like yourself(but younger) for friendship only! because if you are looking for a younger boy to engage in sexual acts with you, its statutory rape and i dont think you'd want to get tangled with something like that. you could go behind bars for a really long time.
a youth outreach programme in school would provide you with more than enough gay friends. maybe the gay straight aliiance in school can help if you are feeling a little down and need someone to talk to.

Look for a gay community center in your area. Or type in search___town comma state comma gay teens____ you may find somewhere to go. I know in Arizona they have teen night clubs for homosexual teens. And many teen groups. Good Luck!!!
