may he is scared of hurting you and being nagged. But tell me why are so sure about him lying to you?

I think that the main thing is that he has to be confident that the truth isnt going to run you off firstly, and secondly, confident that you arent going to judge him when he tells the truth. If you can convince him of those things, you will get the truth ALOT more often.

if he loves you then he'll be honest with you, but come on do you really want him to tell you the truth ALL the time? i mean, when you ask him if you look fat do you want him to say "well honey, you could stand to lose a few pounds"? husbands tell little white lies because they don't want to hurt thier wives feelings. let these go, but if he's lying about big stuff then i'd be worried.

He is never going to do it if he isn't already. You can't change him. A person either tells the truth, and is honest in their dealings, or not. You only have 2 choices,...live with it, or leave. That sounds mean, but I don't want it to be, only honest!

Everyone tells little white lies, but if he's lying to you about major things, then there's a problem.

I found out that talking to your mate in their sleep.(now they have to be sound asleep) when you are talking to them , make sure it is sweet and kind .oh yeah don't forget to be soft with your words, you don't want to wake them up. Watch there actions the next day. do this for a while week or two, but dont let them catch you,DON'T WAKE THEM!!!! good luck and keep up your chin..
