I agree. It scared the crap out of my two year old nephew. Creepy actors, creepy makeup and costumes, and what is up with the character that does nothing but speak in rhymes? It needs to be cancelled. What happened to the kind of shows that we had when we were growing up?

Yes! my mom had a daycare and they got to watch maybe 3 short shows a day. Well I told her the Doodlebops were like creepy. They look like they are on acid. I always changed the channel when I saw it. I wouldn't let any kid watch it.

Apparently a lot of little kids love that show. When I was at Disney World Florida with my brother and his wife we had to find the Doodlebops tape player for her friend's kid. It wasn't in any of the regular places but we finally found it in one of the stores in Downtown Disney.

Honey, I can think of a million creepy kid shows: Doodlebops, Boobahs, Teletubbies, the Wiggles, Barney, Dora the Explorer*,ect....
*I don't think it's creepy because it's Spanish, I don't like it because stupid Dora demands that you do something with her, and if you don't do it, she'll yell at you through the TV.

It is Canadian, what do you expect?!? The first year was a bunch of rehash from a single concert, but year two is just awful! They switched the black lady from a big woman to a fat and ugly woman. They have made a lot of changes this that have just taken it down to even lower levels of horrible.

I don't particularly like it, but my 3 year olds have been watching it for about a year or so. They love it. It does have some good lessons. The whole point of it I suppose is to keep their attention, and it does that. My whole point of letting them watch television is to help build their attention span and to learn about positive behaviors, it does that too.

yes, and I have to watch it everyday. Thankfully it is not my sons favorite show on the D-channel so I can get him to turn it off withou a fuss. But it is freakin' annoying.
