I just went through the same thing with my 99 Dodge Ram. You really need a diagnostic computer. You can buy them form about $ 80.00 up. It's a good thing to have anyway. Money well spent.

Not a Ford Man but, your question seems to say that they are all on at same time.
From what I know of Ford diagrams( a little) I have to go with crazyfntony and riksolo, do not know of any way all could be on at same time except what they suggest.

take it to auto zone, they have the diagnostic computer there and will be glad to tell you what is wrong with it for free. the catch is, when they tell you what is wrong they usually have the piece you need to fix it on the shelf! so it helps you and them.
