A whole lot because the uterine and vaginal contractions during an orgasm help pull sperm into the uterus and fallopian tubes. It also straightens the vaginal walls so the laws of gravity are more favorable to conception. Lastly, the secretions that follow a female orgasm are less acidic than regular vaginal secretions, thus killing less sperm

It increases the likelihood of getting pregnant little, if any.
If you want to have the best chance of getting pregnant as easily as possible, please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It is very readable and has reliable information. It is more accurate than ovulation calendar Web sites (which work on *averages*, not individual women) or ovulation predictor kits.
And a woman who knows when she ovulates and has sex shortly before has a greater than 20% chance of getting pregnant. The number 20% is for women who just "try" randomly.

A woman's orgasm does help conception. I have researched and heard from some doctors about it. It needs to occur as, or right after the man ejaculates. It works because the cervix contracts and moves, and dips into the semen and "sucks" it up.

YES it does....supposedly (and they are trying studies to prove it), the cervix dips down when the female has an orgasm and this was designed via evolution to increase the changes of getting pregnant. The cervix dipping means it is making it easier for the sperm to swim up and into the fallopian tubes.

lol orgasms dont have anything to do with it,there just the point where it feels good,of course you can always get pregnant but thats just what happens some times,so it doesnt really matter about the orgasms it doesnt stop or help getting pregnant....but hell thats my opinion :)

When a woman has an orgasm, the result is more alkaline, which favors boys. http://www.parenthoodplace.com

Although highly enjoyable - they do not aid in conception.
The orgasm is the body's way of ensuring we'll continue to have sex and procreate - over and over and over and over again! Thank God for contraceptives!

Having an orgasim during ovulation does not increase your chances of getting pregnant. (Obviously it only matters if the man has an orgasim, not you.)
