There are many that do not require a degree from clerical, medical records, pharmacy technician, x-ray technician, phlebotomist, dental assistant, lab assistant, patient transporter; i.e., the persons who assist moving the patient from the room in the hospital to x-ray,etc. Many of these require certificates but none of the above require a degree. A nursing assistant is another.
A good way to research this would be to call any human resource department in any hospital and get a listing of all their positions. Obviously, many of these careers can be found in doctor's offices and dental offices, etc.
To narrow your search, decide what about the health care field that attracts you--patient contact, lab work, etc. If you can, volunteer for a while in a hospital for exposure to many services. Best wishes in your search. A good career search can lead to much happiness.

CNA (certified nurses assistant)- it's a certification and can take 2-8 weeks to complete depending where you go. With this certification, you can work in nursing homes or hospitals doing direct patient care. I was one for years before i became a nurse.
Phlebotomy, I'm not sure if it's a degree or a certification, I would look into it.
You could also do Medical transcriptions, that's a schooling from your home on the computer
Unit Secretary, a lot of hospitals will educate you for that, but I think they like to see the above experience

You can get an entry level position in a lab without a degree. You are usually required to have medical terminology and some other biology classes under your belt.
You can work in administration, admissions, data entry, receptionist etc. These are good to get your feet in the door while you see what options for advancement are, then you can pursue a degree in that specialized field that insterests you.
You can look on many hospital sites & monster to get ideas on what's available in your area.

.No careers come to mind. Almost any job would require a degree. Especially if you are looking at the health care industry
