The sky isn't moving, the Earth is the one who is moving, so when you move, in a moving Earth, it appears like the sky is following you. It is a illusion.

What you see when you look up at the sky is so far away that you can't move fast enough to actually make the sky look like it moves. Except for the clouds that are getting blown by the wind of course.

the sky never moves becuse the sky is just space if u think about it...but then again the unvirse is getting bigger "moving" so yeah actully i sopose the sky does move..

Yes the clouds are blown by the wind, ive asked that a couple of times aswell and my mum and dad say the same thing, it looks really weird.
