A guy in this situation was sentenced to life imprisonment for allegedly raping a housemaid in the Philippines. He is now serving life in prison. He said, he was innocent to the crime, for he can't even move his butt to do the sexual act as alleged by the housemaid. The housemaid said that he poked a gun at her, but the guy cant even hold a pen in his hand for it was bended on the other directions. The Judge also a woman convicted the poor guy.
He said in live television, during interview with some media in his prison cell, that the judge should have given him the death sentence instead, to end his misery as a paraplegic.

wow. if that is true it sounds like something that would happen to the poor in the U.S.A., nice to hear other countries are catching on.
