There is a good collection of Pagan symbols on Google Images. Lots of good historic books in the library, look at American Folk Magic. I hope your class work is positive, young people should be introduced to the old religions and rituals.

Pagan religions can be defined as many world religions dating to before the "new" religion Christianity,.
so you're wide open in choice, best to do a search on the names of the religions and read those sites.
