Italy is gonna paste them. They would have to reallyunderperform like theydid against the South Koreans last world cup to lose. The USA might get lucky and get a tie. The Italians are known as the laziest team in soccer. I think they will still win handily though. Especailly with the 2nd place team in their group facing Brazil - so they wana be number 1. With a 3-0 Chec win they should try to win 4-0 for goal differential.

I am nearly certain Italy will win because they have largely outplayed the USA, but miracles have been known to happen. The miracle I would like to see happen is for England to win, since I am not confidant that the USA will even make it to the Round of 16.
