depends on how much you like him. if its just a crush it may not be worth it but if you acutally like him because he is a sweet and nice guy you should definetly try.

Yes you should definitely tell him how you feel unless you know he likes someone else. Or is already committed. He's your best friend and that already means that he thinks you are a really good person so why not step up a grade and become his girlfriend? You guys probably get along well and stuff so it'll be perfect. You should give it a try at least because you'll look back and regret it if you don't. "If only I told him!" "If only I asked him out!" You won't know what will happen until you try.

YES, you should they say you should always be with your best friend. And if he is your best friend you should be able to tell him anything. And you never know he might feel the same way bout you!! Take it from me my best friend is a male and i just found out that he likes me a little better than just a friend after 13 years! Good luck to you!!

Well since it is your "best friend" your supposed to be honest with him/her so put your best foot forward and with a smile tell him/her the truth and as a "best friend" they should respect your honesty and tell you if they feel the same way. The only way your friendship should change is for the better. However with that being said if your "best friend" decides to no longer be your friend for expressing your true feelings and being completely honest with him/her then its obvious to me he/she wasn't that great of a friend in the first place

You should tell him at the right time. not thru email, not thru the phone, you need to tell him face to face, and make it okay to still be best friends, but you're just letting him know how you feel.
