Excercise the chest muscles. It will not shrink the breasts literally, but it will turn the adipose tissue, fat tissue into muscle. This will make them firmer and appear smaller. The breasts are composed basically of glands, muscle and fat. The larger the breast, the more fat. The fat can be trimmed down, by decreasing the fat and increasing lean muscle mass. With your small frame, building muscle would be the best outcome.

For all the men who love woman for who they are on the inside: It's true that girls should love themselves for who they are, but in today's society we're all well aware it's hard to be in love with the way you look if your body isn't up to par (but that does't mean you don't love who you are as a person.) Some may argue that woman with fake boobs are insecure, but hell yeah possible for a woman to get a boob job and still be absolutely secure with who she is a person. There's nothing wrong with getting breast implants to be more naturally accepted in society and get more looks of desire from people feeling beautiful. It's the same reason why people workout to get there beach bodies in the summer, except boobs are genetic and can't really really be changed to your preference of size over a course of work outs. Weather the woman wants a boob job to make her top half more in portion to her bottom half or just massive boobs because she thinks it's hot on a tiny frame, why should it matter if people learn to love what's on the inside anyways. If she loves who she is on the inside and gets the boob job to make her outer shell just look better, in return also giving her that extra boost of confidence that she didn't already need in the first place, than why should men care if the boobs are real or fake if they truly only care what's under all the boobs. If "woman should love who they are on the insides" than why is a "false physical truth" such a problem. Still I have a question... If a lady is a pear shape(small boobs; big butt) and get's breast implants to evenly proportion her body turning her into an hour glass shape(big boobs; big butt), then do men still prefer her real small boobs (size A or B) and looking like a pear shape, to her having bigger boobs (size C or D) and having an hour glass shape?

Are you able to give some personal details please, like height, weight & bust size? Do you consider a C cup too big?

One method is binding. Perhaps you could get a female friend to help you. Another suggestion is to get a good friend's opinion. Is there really a problem or is it just something you worry about?

Personally I'm against plastic surgery in most cases especially when you say your breasts are not that big.

Sounds crazy, but I had a friend, we were gymnasts, and her breasts were just too big for her to do gymnastics. She would tape them down with duct tape when she'd do gymnastics. She said when she'd take of the duct tape, she noticed they would be smaller, kinda like when you do a body wrap, so she started wearing a bra and then taping them all the time, tape them down to her body all around her back and then up front again. She was a 38 Double D. She did it like for a year and then she said it reduced them to about a 38D. It worked permanantely, don't know if that is far fetched, but it worked for her.

there is no way naturally to make your breasts smaller. you would need surgery to do that. maybe you should try buying a good bra that would hold you in and up better. this is really a hard question to answer by not knowing your age and size. try talking to your mom or some other adult female you trust. good luck sweetie.

Heyy. What's up? My name's Gwenivere, let me tell you a brief story about myself which I believe may be of some Hẹlp to you... Growing up, I was teased all throughout high-school. You know, I was that girl with the really small breasts that everyone liked to make fun of. I did not hit puberty until a little bit later on in my life. People used to say all kinds of mean things to me, refering to my breasts as "man-boobs", "mosquito bite titts", "flat-chested" ... it just went on and on. I even had one boyfriend that told me that he was ashamed to be seen with me in public. The ridicule never seemd to end. Because of this, I went through school being very self-conscious about my appearance and my ability to get boys to like me. Even after puberty, I never made it past an A cup.. so my negative self-image carried on into college. The emotional scars left by those mean girls (and boys) from HS never quite faded.

So, with that, I was determined to change my predicament. The thought of going through life feeling insecure about my body was unacceptable to me , especially during my college years. So what I did was a thorough, dedicated search. I scoured the web for answers. I spent several days and nights pouring through an endless amount of first-hand accounts and other personal experiences with various products and solutions. During this quest, I found precisely what I was seeking. It was a topical cream called "CurvyBust" @ https://curvybust.im .. The first bottle that they sent out was totally Frẹe, the only thing I had to do was pay for the S&H. This is the only reason I even tried it, normally I would be too skeptical to bother with something "too good to be true." All I can say is, unbelievable. I went up almost 2 cup sizes in just a matter of a couple months. You would not believe what this has done for my self-esteem and outlook on things. I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. There is nothing quite like feeling perfectly comfortable in your own skin again.

Take care! I hope you find the answers you are looking for <3
