First of all we all have AIDS
AIDS stands for - auto-immune deficiency syndrome. When we catch a cold or the flu or any other virus, we are trying to fight off and infection within the body, and that is AIDS.

AIDS within a healthy body is vitality, because the system known as the body has no reason to be sick.
However in a body that is trying to fight off an illness and our system is weakened the auto immune system goes into over drive to heal the body.

It's the HIV that kills when in combination with a weakend AIDS system.

And what really kills is ignorance to a disease that has no discrimination what so ever. From the innocent babies in Africa, to those who recieved blood transfusions.

yes, gays know that AIDS will kill them but they are not the only ones at risk there more straight people with AIDS now than gays for the simple fact a lot of people claiming to be straight are going both ways especially men and it difficult for women to see that when there are in a relationship with these men

Not all people with AIDS are presumed to die from the disease. There are people with "full-blown" AIDS who have been living with this disease for over 20 years. No one knows exactly why this occurs.
