Real meaning of Gamer:Someone who play's lots of games.
Nowaway meaming of Gamer:Someone who's really into gaming,play's lots and different types of games like RPG,FPS,Sports,Racing,etc.It has alot of meaning but I think in my opinion a gamer is someone who plays lots and different types of games.
