I just watched the soccer match between Iran and Portugal. Before the game Figo was advertised as maybe being the best soccer player in the world. He was nothing special today, and he was nothing special at the last world championship either. If the Portugese have a world class player, his name is Ronaldino! I also liked Miguel or Deco. I think Figo is on his way out, but isn't Ronaldino fun to watch?

You are REALLY confused!
- Ronaldinho is playing for Brasil
- Maybe were you referring to C. Ronaldo?
- If you refer to C. Ronaldo, he is a good player, but on average, nothing to do with players like Ronaldinho, Figo, Zidane, Ronaldo, Kaka, Henry, Totti, Beckam... and I can continue...
- FYI: Figo has been one of the best players of the planet for the last five-ten years
- Even the best players in the world (Maradona or Pele`) have had their up and down: yet, in today's game Figo has played a good game, and do not forget that he was the one passing the ball to Deco for the first goal

Come on, be fair !! No one lasts for ever, that's true, including you. But Figo, is now 34... and that he has remained a WORLD STAR until 34 is nothing to be ashamed of... He was the master of the two goals against those Iranian thugs. If you watch Portuguese TV or read the Portugese media, Figo himself has said that he has had enough of football and wants to retire and as for the man player himself... has that been a bad career ?

Ronaldino plays for BRAZIL.
Its Cristiano Ronaldo who plays for PORTUGAL.
And Figo still has a few years left in him though he is not as good as he used to be.

C.Ronaldo is a very good player.
he is great Yet FIGO is Super.. he may be old yet he is Gold in Soccer field.
Ronaldo is smart young and fun to watch
Figo is mature serious and amazing to watch

I totally agree with you...when I was younger, everyone used to be like "Figo this, Figo that"...I never thought he was that good anyways...but now he's getting old & needs to put the ball aside; he's out of his prime
I really like Deco (although he's Brazilian) & Nuno Gomes :)
Also, Cristiano Ronaldo is really fun to watch...it's something about him...but I just don't know wut it is...
