The best thing to do is advertise locally in saddleries and equestrian centres. Several years ago, I advertised for a young rider to exercise my jumping pony and went through these channels. Alternatively contact your local riding school to see if anyone needs a rider for a small pony.

stick a card up at the local horse feed shop as there are always people around who will let you work in return for rides. Shame you aren't near Cheltenham as I could sure do with the help!

You should place an advert in a local newspaper- some are even free! Most papers will have a Horse&Rider, Equestrian, or Pets section. It should work; i've seen many ad's of that kind in such places - i'm thinking of placing one (similar 2 yours!!!) myself.

you can allways make cards up and put them in your local stables or try the riding schools most take saturday girls or kids on to help on weekends and school hoildays
