because i dont live here at eindhoven, can i buy it duty-free?

Mediamarkt, big building downtown (near central station) you cant miss it as the name is written all over it many times in big bright red letters.
If you are not from the EU, you may be able to buy it duty free. Ask the salespeople, they will know.
