I don't think you can anymore. At least I hope you can't. That's one of the reasons I stay away from casinos. I can't stand the GRAY CLOUD hovering over and around me.

New law was passed just recently. No smoking in any building in Ontario that has a roof. But the Casino is currently working on designated smoking areas where you can legally go and smoke. Also you can smoke in the smoking hotel rooms

I would imagine that it would depend on if they were owned by the state oor owned by the Indians. Indians you can smoke. State you can't.
