You can give birth just over the US /Mexican border out in the field on the US side and the baby will be a US citizen. I think they are trying to change that law so that the mother has to be in the US for a certain length of time legally before the baby can be considered a citizen but its not changed yet.
If you are planning on delivering someone else's baby. That is totally up to you and the woman that wants you to deliver her baby. There's no law that says babies must be delivered in a hospital or by a medical professional.

Do you mean give birth, or deliver someone Else's baby?
There is no law against delivering babies. You just can not impersonate a medical professional.
Unfortunately, you can also give birth to a baby in the US on the taxpayers dime, and will also get free health care and aid to care for the child. Your child will also have citizenship, but you would have to apply still. Most immigrants don't have a problem with that though, they just don't apply and stay illegal. With any luck, this will change.

you can have a baby, any where . ( law of nature ) in the world .
The baby usually takes on the citizenship of the place it was born at .
However, to deliver a baby,
you need to be a qualified midwife or a Dr
(. Except in dire ,unavoidable circumstances)
I hope this helps you
:)

Are you asking if you can be a MID WIFE?
Or HAVE a child?
The use of the word "deliver" confuses me.

No way! The doctors would be forced to push the baby back in and send you home.

No. You have to return to your own country and have it there. It's illegal to give birth in the US if you're not a citizen.

thousands of illegal immigrants do it every year. that entitles the child to automatic US citizenship and you to free health care that the rest of us have to pay for by paying higher taxes. go back to your own country-our taxes are high enough as it is-we don't need you helping to make them higher.
