No, worrying does not solve problems. Sudden changes like that can be your body trying to tell you something is wrong. I can't remember what someone wrote on one of these posts last week, but if you search Yahoo!Answers for constipation, you will probably find it.

For constipation, you eat fibrous foods - pears are the highest fiber in the fruit catagory. My health food lady also recommended magnesium capsules. My husband swears by seltzer water or Club Soda.

Diarrhea - take Imodium (over the counter) if you have more than two consecutive watery bowel movements.

there has been a virus going around as many schools were closed. It actually causes the problems your saying and no medication can help you. Someone at work felt like this for 2 months! It leaves your system itself

If your 100% sure it isn't that then it could be your diet that isn't right

if it still is giving you pain KEEP COMPLAINING to the doctor. i had something similar years ago and i complained so much they did a small exploritory surgery, "laperoscopy" on me. they found out i had ulcerated intestines. the surgeon repaired the leasons and i cut back on my stress and i have never had this problem since. oh, when they do a laperoscopy they go through your belly button and one to two small incisions in your lower abdomen.

Perhaps you should get tested for IBS.

It may have something to do with what you're eating...
