You need to talk to a mortgage broker about your situation. Some may charge a fee to pull your credit, but it would be best if they can analyze your credit as well as other factors such as down payment available, income and income history, etc. A mortgage broker can get government homes, and they should also be able to direct you to any state sponsored financing as well.
