thanks -- had a checkup the other day, doc told me to skip breakfast. Lab forgot to make note 'fasting" so the report came back "non-fasting" and 69 mg/dl which was considered low for non-fasting. I figured it's ok for fasting, thanks for confirming that, all. I've cut added / refined sugars from my diet, felt a little off-color the first week or so, feel 1000% better now. If anyone's considering doing same, do it, it's worth it!

around 60 - 90 is the "normal" range. These numbers do vary a bit as different labs may show a different range for various lab tests. A bit under or over is still alright. What a person needs to really know is to monitor it over a couple months and see if it remains within a basic range. Just checking a blood sugar level one time is pretty meaningless since so many things can alter the reading. A consistent "above normal" reading even if it is slight may be a sign that you MAY be headed for sugar troubles in the future and would be a good time to get it under control!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

get a blood test called A1C , it tells us average blood sugar level of last three months .if report is less than 6 , no diabetes , if between 6 n 6.5 then pre-diabetes , if more than 6.5 then diabetes confirmed. In case it turns out diabetes , you need to be under the supervision of a diabetologist , its managed easily , plus have faith in science to come up with better solutions in near future .
