I would have to say Nixon becuase he got us out of vietnam and he got relations back with china.
I know some might say FDR but he was partially responsible for the Cold War becuase before he died, him churchill and Stalin all got together and FDR decided that the USSR should get most of eastern Europe. What a punk.

I would say Abraham Lincoln because he was able to end the Civil War and end slavery in the United States of America through the Emancipation Proclamation and save the Union from being a divided country between the United States of America and the Confederate States of America.

Bill Clinton
not only was he a mack daddy he was good at being president and usually you cannot have both am i right?look at Nixon?the whole Watergate thing screwed him and he never recovered Clinton gets impeached and his approval rating goes up go figure..but seriously he was a good president a hell of alot better than Bush

the best recent president and i know I'll get a lot of negative feed back from this, but my answer is Mrs. Hillary Clinton. I mean come on Bill did some great things for this country but we all know that he wouldn't have known how to tie his shoes if it wasn't for Hillary.

Richard Nixon for bringing us out of Vietnam, creating the EPA, Clean Air and Clean water acts, and the endangered species act. To name a few. Watergate wasn't his fault. P.S. Hillary Clintons job was to look nice and smile she was not the one who signed the bills.

I'll certainly say this...Bush is the worst!!! We declare WAR on Iraq when they didn't have ONE thing to do with the 9-11 incident. NOT ONE THING. AFGANISTAN DID. For example...the taliban...Alquida...bin laded...etc. The U.S.S. cole ship bombing...that killed soldiers of ours...bombings of other us embaseys around globe. But NO we have to go to war on someone that actually DIDN'T EVEN HAVE SUCIDE BOMBERS UNTILL WE ENTERD THEIR COUNTRY. We lost over 3 thousand combined brothers, mothers. fathers uncles aunts grampas and grandmothers and yet we still loose countless numbers in a country that didn't have a thing to do with their loss. And there never were..''weapons of mass distruction ever found". Its good saddamn is out of power..but good lord...open your eyes people...bush wants us to forget bout afganistan so he can finish what his daddy started in Iraq.

When he was a General, his Captains said that they could take over the Government and make it a military rule. Washington said, "No, this country will be run by civillians." Without that one descision, we would not have what we have today... a free country. He could have gone with the popular vote.

william henry harrison, hes the only pres that never raised a tax, imposed a tax, started a war/got us in a war, never tampered with interest rates, never made a new law that imfringed on the constituon & bill of rights.
