This is a great career option. The property market in Singapore is heating up and many existing home owners are trading up. This provides a large pool of prospective buyers - your clients.
Furthermore, agents typically need only sell 1-2 houses per year and to make a living salary based on the commission.
One thing to think about is how you will network with prospective buyers. Building your network will be critical to your success.
Good luck!

Its not that its hard to type out all the word, the person is either very busy and wanted to save some time or the other reason might be he/she dont want to wear out the keys on the keyboard.

You never know until you try it. Money might be pretty good if you're good at sales but income can be unstable depending on the economy and market.
On the plus side, if you don't like a deskbound job this may suit you too.
