Possible fuel pump.Do you hear a loud hum from the rear when it's at idle?Possible plugged fuel filter-possible rust built up in the fuel rail or injectors.Possible coil/coil pak or coils breaking down after they get hot-possible pcm(powertrain control module) dieing after its hot.Depending on engine it may be equipped with a cam/crank shaft sensor-again breaking down when hot.You didn't mention if any check engine or other warning lights are on.Visit the dealer to have a fuel pressure test and a DRBIII scan for codes done. You cant fix this yourself.

rent a fuel pressure tester and connect it to the fuel rail port (there is a fitting FUEL RAIL ONLYwith a cap that looks like a tire valve end this is your test port )if the pump is working it will pressure up as soon as the key is on ,and while running you can check to see if the pressure falls off (a plugging fuel filter and a faulty pump will do this ) I have never known a coil pack to cut out and come back after 20 minutes
