I don't want to hear from people who don't like Disney. Or who like Universal better. I respect your opinion, but it's not what I'm looking for. I want to hear from people who like Disney. So which park is your favorite? It can be at any of the resorts - Orlando, Anaheim, Paris, Tokyo, whatever.

When I say which Disney theme park, I mean Disneyland, California Adventure, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, etc...

I like EPCOT. I find it very educational & of interest to visit the 11 differant countries. to learn the culture & meet the people that are actually from those countries, is a learning expirience. to see how they live, eat what they eat , see their country as if you really were there.

So far as just having a good time, and getting the best value for my money, I'd take Typhoon Lagoon at WDW Orlando. But perhaps that doesn't qualify as a theme park?

Magic Kingdom would have to take my vote then. It's the Disney I dreamed about when I was a little kid watching "Wonderful World of Color" and begging Mom and Dad to take us to "Disneyland" so we could ride Spinning Teacups and Flying Dumbos and see fireworks at Cinderella's Castle.

Compared to MK:

Epcot is too geared to the gift shops and foods of various nations and educationally oriented "interactive exhibits" rather than pure fun and games.

Since I don't see a lot of movies, I feel like a lot must be going over my head at MGM. I spend all day there, then feel like I've done a lot of walking but only had a few really memorable experiences.

Animal Kingdom is still growing, so I'll reserve judgment for a few more years. So far, I think Busch Gardens Tampa is a better animal oriented park. There are more opportunities to see more kinds of animals. At AK, you hardly see living animals except for the Safari ride and a few of the scheduled shows.

BTW, it's called The Magic Kingdom because $100 travelers checks disappear like magic!

I love Disneyland and my favorite character is Goofy. Well I have only been to Anaheim and I really enjoy it there. I was there last year and I really liked the California adventure part. I went to both, but the shows and rides were really cool at California adventure. I hope that is what you were looking for.

We took the kids to both Disneyland and Disney world. We ALL agreed we liked Disneyland much better than Disneyworld. The atmosphere was soo much more relaxed and inviting.

Disney World is the best because it has the most to do with or without a family and the customer service is excellent. go on christmas if you ever get a chance, its a once in a lifetime trip. :)

Epcot! The different countries represented are fun and interesting. They hire actual natives of those countries to work there.
