The police may not get involved in a violation of custody/visitation orders. It depends on their department's policy.

You definitely want to document every single violation of the orders. Videotaping your own compliance with the orders (showing up for custody exchanges, etc) will help your case and get signed affidavits from witnesses. Having a chaperon who can testify as to her violations and your compliance is always helpful. The more unbiased your witness is, the better.

When she violates the court orders, respond by filing for changes in custody/visitation that skew the orders more and more in your favor. She'll either learn her lesson or lose all of her parental rights.

Whenever a party does not comply with court order, best method is to innitiate or file another court action. Only the court can enforce court orders. They are in contempt of court if they do not comply.

The exact laws and procedures will vary from state to state, so you need to consult a local divorce attorney. In most jurisdictions, the police won't do anything and you may need to initiate contempt of court proceedings. In California, willful violation of a court order can even be punished by jail time, but it is up to you initiate the proceedings. Some states also allow you to withhold payment of support under these circumstances, but you cannot rely on the advice you receive in this forum unless it comes from an attorney who is FULLY informed of the facts of your case.

You get an attorney. Failure to comply with a court order is contempt of court. Could most likely file a complaint with your county prosecutor.

Bring the court order with you and if she refuses, call the police. Once they get there, show the cops the court order and they will force her to comply. If she doesn't, she's held in contempt and taken to jail.

visit her when she leasts expects it...grab her by her neck and throw her into your car..threaten her by saying you are going to cut off one of her limbs if she didnt comply...make sure you have cut up deers heads in the backseat..make sure she sees them but act like you dont notice she sees them .... drive around for hours drinking natural light, start crying how you miss her and then freak out how you want to kill her bounce around like this for 5 hours...make sure to kiss her often and spit out the taste of her saliva after each kiss--make her feel like worthless and scared...and make sure if she tells anyone your friends would make sure her life would come to an end....drop her off and say "i still love you"
