How can we get them to admit there wrong doings. they cannot be tried again so why dont they fess up?

Maybe, just maybe they are innocent. Personally I think Robert Blake is not guilty and suffered the wrath of the media.
But, for the sake of argument, I will answer by saying:
They have children to raise and their feelings to consider.

I think because, if they are guilty and i tend to believe so, they are still trying to earn a living.
if they confessed, they could cleaned out at a civil trial.
