I need directions from bottle of ortho sevin carbaryl liquid?

I'm not familiar with ortho sevin, but I use carbryl to get rid of grasshoppers and other munching insects. I put approx 50ml of carbryl in a 5 litre watering can and apply all over the plants. I am just going from memory as I haven't had to use it for a few months.
